Mijnsupportdesk values your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through mijnsupportdesk.nl. We collect as little data as possible and only use it for the purpose for which you provided it.

What data do we collect?
Through this website we only process personal data that you enter yourself in one of our forms (quote request, introduction request or contact form):
- your name and company name;
- your business email address and, if you provide it, your phone number;
- your company website;
- information about your customer service (channels, volumes, availability, languages, software, start date);
- the message and availability you enter.
To prevent abuse, we temporarily store a one-way hashed (pseudonymised) version of your IP address to limit the number of submissions per visitor. We do not store your IP address itself with your request. We do not process special categories of personal data.
Why do we process this data?
We use your data to respond to your request, to schedule an introduction and to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We only send newsletters with your consent, and we never sell your data.
Who do we share data with?
We only share data where this is necessary to handle your request or to comply with a legal obligation:
- Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and processes form submissions (Netlify Functions, Netlify Blobs and Netlify Forms).
- Our email provider receives the notification of your request.
We conclude agreements with parties that process data on our behalf to safeguard the security and confidentiality of your data. Mijnsupportdesk remains responsible for this processing.
How long do we keep your data?
We do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Data from requests that do not lead to a collaboration is deleted once the request has been handled. Invoices and payment data are kept for as long as required by law.

Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Send your request to welkom@mijnsupportdesk.nl. We respond as soon as possible and within four weeks at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your data against misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), server-side validation of submissions and restricted access to stored requests.
